Megan Beauvais went above and beyond by getting the house ready to sell; she came over with new paint colors, choices of tile, and even some of her own inventory she keeps for clients (to use at no cost to us!) to help stage the home. This was all done with keeping in theme of our home and being true to the character of the neighborhood. With her help, the house never looked better! Potential buyers must have agreed; we had multiple offers by the end of the first weekend on the market.
