2022 is off to a fantastic start with lots of positive changes and growth in a new direction and I am excited to share the news with you!
As you frequently walk up and down Adams Ave in Kensington you may have noticed some construction at the little office space next to Burger Lounge, 4134 Adams Ave. Ste, 105. Some of you may recall that I worked out of this little office when I was with a previous real estate brokerage for many years. Opportunity arose toward the end of 2021 and I jumped at the chance to make this space my own. Just as when I walk through a home that needs a little love and care to make it shine, I knew this space offered so much more aesthetic potential if only a few changes could be made.
If you peek through the windows today, you will see that I have transformed this commercial space from a dark, uninviting office that seemed misconfigured in to a light, bright, warm, inviting office space that beckons you to come in, and discuss your real estate needs in a relaxing environment. In addition, to better serve all of your needs, Dan Keyes of C2 Financial is at this office, too. You can essentially come in , sit down, get pre-approved for a loan or learn about your loan options and how to prepare for a home purchase or sale all in one place. This is top level concierge real estate service at its finest, and we are right in your own back yard.
In addition to opening the office, I have added Jacques Cahez as an associate Realtor® and Brenda Salome as my administrative and marketing “right hand gal”. We all know there is power in numbers, and having these two team members by my side will provide the support and resources my clients have come to expect.
