It may feel a little awkward right now as the summer season goes into full swing. As we reminisce about the festivities of years past (missing the Talmadge 4th of July parade this year), keep in mind that we are the lucky ones here in San Diego! We have so much outdoor recreation available to us that many don’t. I am confident that we will all look back on this time many years from now with some fond memories of small gatherings with immediate family, family meals prepared and eaten at home and solitary hikes and bike rides exploring the City we love and affording us the opportunity to discover new spots we never knew about before!
I recently received a message from a client who follows me on social media, telling me she saw one of my more recent posts. This particular post was about dog friendly hikes around the county. After reading my post, she took her family out and ended up south of the pier in Imperial Beach. Not only was it a great way to spend the day (her dog, Dexter’s 11th bday) it was the first time they had done anything other than go to the grocery store since March. I was thrilled not only that they ventured out, but that Dexter got to spend his birthday at the beach!

Remember my goal is not just to sell your property or find you a home, but also to share what’s happening and to enhance the lifestyle you are seeking. Whether you are looking for the single level ranch style home in a quiet, neighborly community, a stately historic Spanish style with walkability to restaurants, or even a modern coastal gem close to the beach, I can help you with all of the above!
